they really thought of everything and provided more than i expected. i especially loved the hotel pajamas. They were monogrammed and comfortable. restaurants and stores were within easy reach, and lounges were everywhere, the hotel workers were professional and kind too.
the bed mattress was definitely too firm for me, i prefer something softer. it made it a little hard to get a good night's sleep.

the staff always made efforts to resolve issues, i received quick responses to my questions, and they were genuinely helpful. their commitment to customer satisfaction was very clear and greatly appreciated.

i found the staff very helpful. they assisted with directions and local recommendations. the room included water in the fridge. i liked the available hygiene accessories (it was convenient!).

my double room non-smoking had two single beds, a bathroom, and air conditioning. i had sufficient space. a cleaning service maintained the room regularly. views from my window were particularly nice.

the lobby looked really tidy , and the staff were friendly. the room matched the description when i booked it. it was clean. the daily room cleaners acted very respectfully.
the room felt too small ! i barely fit in it. there was not enough space for my suitcase and luggage , and the bathroom felt uncomfortable too.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. they assisted with our luggage delivery. they also helped when we needed things for our room. it was very nice of them to heat food up for us.
the rooms were smaller than expected. the bathroom was also too tiny. they asked for fees to keep my bag in their storage for a few hours after our check out. it was surprising to me.
